Abstract: 

Identification of the exact location of an exon in a DNA sequence is an important research area of bioinformatics. The main issues of the previous signal processing techniques are accuracy and robustness for the exact locating of exons. To address the mentioned issues, in this study, a METHOD has been proposed based on deep learning. The proposed METHOD includes a new preprocessing, a new mapping METHOD, and a multi-scale MODIFIED and hybrid deep neural network. The proposed preprocessing METHOD enriches the network to accept and encode genes at any length in a new mapping METHOD. The proposed multi-scale deep neural network uses a combination of an embedding layer, a MODIFIED CNN, and an LSTM network. In this study, HMR195, BG570, and F56F11.4 datasets have been used to compare this work with previous studies. The accuracies of the proposed METHOD have been 0.982, 0.966, and 0.965 on HMR195, BG570, and F56F11.4 databases, respectively. The results reveal the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed hybrid multi-scale CNN-LSTM network.

Abstract: 

In this article, the Homotopy Perturbation METHOD (HPM) is employed to approximate solutions of a MODIFIED Lotka–Volterra equation. HPM has been introduced by He to solve approximately linear or nonlinear differential equations. Approximate polynomials have also been constructed to find approximate solutions of a MODIFIED Lotka-Volterra system. Numerical comparisons are made between HPM and maple numerical results.

Abstract: 

In this paper after reviewing the necessity of scientific decision making, the multiple decision making models and the analytical hierarchy process are briefly defined as the techniques for decision making in human judgment. Then, considering the importance of inconsistency in analytical hierarchy process, the MODIFIED version of least square METHOD is used to obtain the overall priority of alternatives and a simple METHOD is given for detecting and improving the inconsistency factor in pair comparison matrix.

Abstract: 

Nitrofurazone is one of the antibacterial nitrofuran agents used topically for skin infections. The drug is effective on the majority of infectious microorganisms. Abstract: 

THERE ARE SOME METHODS TO OBTAIN APPROXIMATE SOLUTIONS OF FUNCTIONAL EQUATIONS. ONE OF THEM IS HOMOTOPY PERTURBATION METHOD. HOWEVER, COMPUTING COEFFICIENTS OF PI IS TIME-CONSUMING AND CHALLENGEABLE. IN ORDER TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM, A NEW MODIFIED HOMOTOPY PERTURBATION METHOD IS INTRODUCED, WHICH DOESN’T NEED COMPUTATIONS OF THE COEFFICIENTS OF PI. HERE, THE METHOD HAS BEEN APPLIED TO SOLVE SOME EXAMPLES AND THE RESULTS WERE COMPARED WITH HOMOTOPY PERTURBATION METHOD. MOREOVER, CONVERGENCE OF THE METHOD HAS BEEN DISCUSSED COMPREHENSIVELY.

Abstract: 

In [1], introduce a MODIFIED variational iteration METHOD (MVIM) for a special kind of nonlinear differential equations. In this paper, we consider variational iteration METHOD (VIM) and MVIM (introduced in [1]) to obtain exact solution to Fisher’s equation. It is shown in this paper the application of VIM to Fisher’s equation leads to calculation of unneeded terms and more time consumed in repeated calculations for series solutions. Therefore, we use MVIM for Fisher’s equation to overcome these disadvantages.

Abstract: 

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Atrophic rhinitis is a main problem in developing countries. Different surgical METHODs were used to treatment of the disease but it was not successful. The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of MODIFIED Young METHOD in treatment of atrophic rhinitis. METHODS: This interventional study was performed on patients with atrophic rhinitis in Babol during 1986-1990. All patients were operated by MODIFIED Young METHOD and also were followed for one year.FINDINGS: This study was done on 10 cases (9 cases were female and 1 was male) and they were at the 32-45 age group. All cases were completely treated and there was not any relapse after one year of follow up.CONCLUSION: Since, the outcome of this METHOD was successful, it was suggested all patients with atrophic rhinitis should be treated by this METHOD.
